Voeg korte, expliciete instructies toe voor wat OpenClaw bij het opstarten moet doen (schakel `hooks.internal.enabled` in).
Als de taak een bericht verstuurt, gebruik dan de berichttool en antwoord daarna met de exacte
stille token `NO_REPLY` / `no_reply`.
