पहला रन (अनुशंसित)

OpenClaw एजेंट के लिए एक समर्पित workspace डायरेक्टरी का उपयोग करता है। डिफ़ॉल्ट: ~/.openclaw/workspace (agents.defaults.workspace के ज़रिए कॉन्फ़िगर योग्य)।

सुरक्षा डिफ़ॉल्ट

  • डायरेक्टरियाँ या रहस्य chat में डंप न करें।
  • विनाशकारी कमांड तब तक न चलाएँ जब तक स्पष्ट रूप से न कहा गया हो।
  • config या schedulers बदलने से पहले (उदाहरण के लिए crontab, systemd units, nginx configs, या shell rc files), पहले मौजूदा स्थिति की जाँच करें और डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से preserve/merge करें।
  • बाहरी messaging surfaces पर आंशिक/streaming replies न भेजें (केवल अंतिम replies)।

मौजूदा समाधानों की प्रीफ़्लाइट

कस्टम system, feature, workflow, tool, integration, या automation प्रस्तावित करने या बनाने से पहले, open-source projects, maintained libraries, मौजूदा OpenClaw plugins, या free platforms के लिए संक्षिप्त जाँच करें जो इसे पहले से पर्याप्त रूप से हल करते हों। उपयुक्त होने पर उन्हें प्राथमिकता दें। कस्टम केवल तब बनाएँ जब मौजूदा विकल्प अनुपयुक्त, बहुत महंगे, unmaintained, unsafe, non-compliant हों, या user स्पष्ट रूप से custom माँगे। जब तक user स्पष्ट रूप से खर्च को approve न करे, paid-service recommendations से बचें। इसे हल्का रखें: एक preflight gate, व्यापक research assignment नहीं।

  • SOUL.md, USER.md, और memory/ में आज+कल पढ़ें।

Soul (आवश्यक)

  • SOUL.md identity, tone, और boundaries परिभाषित करता है। इसे current रखें।

Memory system (अनुशंसित)

  • दैनिक log: memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (ज़रूरत हो तो memory/ बनाएँ)।
  • Long-term memory: durable facts, preferences, और decisions के लिए MEMORY.md।
  • lowercase memory.md केवल legacy repair input है; जानबूझकर दोनों root files न रखें।
  • session start पर, मौजूद होने पर आज + कल + MEMORY.md पढ़ें।
  • memory files लिखने से पहले, उन्हें पहले पढ़ें; केवल concrete updates लिखें, कभी empty placeholders नहीं।
  • capture करें: decisions, preferences, constraints, open loops।
  • secrets से बचें जब तक स्पष्ट रूप से अनुरोध न किया जाए।

Tools और Skills

  • Tools, skills में रहते हैं; जब आपको किसी skill की ज़रूरत हो, तो उसके SKILL.md का पालन करें।
  • environment-specific notes TOOLS.md (Notes for Skills) में रखें।

Backup tip (अनुशंसित)

यदि आप इस workspace को Clawd की “memory” मानते हैं, तो इसे git repo बनाएँ (आदर्श रूप से private), ताकि AGENTS.md और आपकी memory files backed up रहें।

OpenClaw क्या करता है

  • WhatsApp gateway + embedded OpenClaw agent चलाता है ताकि assistant chats पढ़/लिख सके, context fetch कर सके, और host Mac के ज़रिए skills चला सके।
  • macOS app permissions (screen recording, notifications, microphone) manage करता है और अपने bundled binary के ज़रिए openclaw CLI expose करता है।
  • Direct chats डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से agent के main session में collapse हो जाते हैं; groups agent:<agentId>:<channel>:group:<id> के रूप में isolated रहते हैं (rooms/channels: agent:<agentId>:<channel>:channel:<id>); heartbeats background tasks को alive रखते हैं।

  • mcporter - external skill backends manage करने के लिए tool server runtime/CLI।
  • Peekaboo - optional AI vision analysis के साथ तेज़ macOS screenshots।
  • camsnap - RTSP/ONVIF security cams से frames, clips, या motion alerts capture करें।
  • oracle - session replay और browser control के साथ OpenAI-ready agent CLI।
  • eightctl - terminal से अपनी sleep control करें।
  • imsg - iMessage और SMS send, read, stream करें।
  • wacli - WhatsApp CLI: sync, search, send।
  • discord - Discord actions: react, stickers, polls। user:<id> या channel:<id> targets का उपयोग करें (bare numeric ids ambiguous होते हैं)।

उपयोग नोट्स

  • scripting के लिए openclaw CLI को प्राथमिकता दें; mac app permissions संभालता है।
  • installs को Skills tab से चलाएँ; यदि binary पहले से मौजूद है तो यह button छिपा देता है।
  • heartbeats enabled रखें ताकि assistant reminders schedule कर सके, inboxes monitor कर सके, और camera captures trigger कर सके।
  • Canvas UI native overlays के साथ full-screen चलता है। critical controls को top-left/top-right/bottom edges में रखने से बचें; layout में explicit gutters जोड़ें और safe-area insets पर निर्भर न रहें।
  • browser-driven verification के लिए, OpenClaw-managed Chrome profile के साथ openclaw browser (tabs/status/screenshot) का उपयोग करें।
  • DOM inspection के लिए, openclaw browser eval|query|dom|snapshot का उपयोग करें (और जब machine output चाहिए हो तो --json/--out)।
  • interactions के लिए, openclaw browser click|type|hover|drag|select|upload|press|wait|navigate|back|evaluate|run का उपयोग करें (click/type को snapshot refs चाहिए; CSS selectors के लिए evaluate का उपयोग करें)।
